Cooking Block, LLC runs this website, cookingblock.com, and the client platform at app.cookingblock.com.
What you tell us. When you fill in a form — the Fit Analysis, a Bistro inquiry, or a request for your sign-in link — we keep what you give us: your name, email, phone number and business, and what you tell us about your plans or your event.
If you become a client, what we need to run your account: your kitchen agreement, insurance certificate, bookings, invoices and payments, and the messages we exchange.
Visit counts. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying you.
To answer you, see whether we're a good fit, arrange tours and orientation, and — for clients — run bookings, billing and facility access, and keep the facility secure. Never for advertising.
We never sell or rent your information. We share it only with the services that run our business for us — our email, accounting, payment and hosting providers — and only as far as that work needs, or when the law requires it.
This website doesn't use cookies to track you. The client platform uses a sign-in cookie to keep you signed in, and nothing else.
Because we don't track visitors across websites, a browser's "Do Not Track" signal changes nothing here — there's nothing to turn off.
To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email [email protected]. For clients, some records — agreements, invoices and payments — are kept as long as the law requires.
This website isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
If this page changes, the date above changes with it. If a change matters to clients, we'll tell them by email.
